The CUBE 360 is the ultimate portable charcoal grill, designed to make grilling, roasting, and smoking effortless wherever your journey takes you. 

The Roasting Hood expands your options with a built-in temperature gauge and cooking guide, plus a top airflow vent and side vents for control over airflow and heat. The three-position chrome grill adds further versatility, letting you adjust the cooking distance from the charcoal.

Strong latches secure the hood for travel, while stainless steel cool-to-touch handles and an ergonomic wooden handle make carrying simple. For added protection and convenience, pair the CUBE 360 with the optional purpose-built CUBE PROFLAME Travel Bag.

A three-piece stainless steel toolkit — including tongs, spatula, and cleaning brush — is included to complete your setup. With a porcelain-enamelled firebox and removable charcoal tray, cleaning is straightforward after every cook.

The CUBE360 can be used at home or on the go. If you are using the CUBE360 on the go, please observe and follow local fire laws. If you use the CUBE360 on a table, it is recommended to place the unit on a stone tile / plate or similar to provide heat protection to the surface.

The handles are designed to be ‘cool to touch’ and minimize heat transfer, it is safe to use the handles under normal use. It is best practice to choose a suitable location before cooking. Never grab the outer body during operation as it will be extremely hot, it is recommended to always use heat resistant gloves during the cooking process.

Once the CUBE 360 has fully cooled, you can safely remove and dispose of used charcoal and ash with a Hot Coal Bin or similar heat-resistant container. If you’re using untreated lumpwood charcoal or pure wood, the cooled ashes can be placed in the garden. Avoid disposing of ashes from briquettes or any charcoal containing chemicals, as these are not suitable for soil or plant use.

Using fresh charcoal for each cook is recommended. However, you may reuse leftover charcoal if desired - this will not affect the unit, though used charcoal may retain flavours from previous cooks.

For the best results, it is recommended to use natural lump charcoal. Please see user manual for the maximum amount of coal to use.

Once cool, clean the CUBE 360 using mild detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth orscourer. Avoid phosphoric-based cleaners; use a gentle bicarbonate soda paste for tougher areas. Refer to our cleaning demonstration video.

Please ensure the CUBE360 has completely cooled after cooking before storing. It should be stored in an area that is dry and protected from the elements. It is recommended to use the CUBE360 Travel Bag  to store your CUBE360 when not in use.
